My primary approach is person-centered, focusing on the unique needs of each individual, and I utilize evidence-based practices to empower you in understanding and overcoming the hurdles you’re facing.I specialize in working with individuals and couples, supporting them through life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, trauma, and more. I believe in creating a non-judgmental, compassionate space where we can work together to achieve your goals.
