• Jenna Scampton, LPC – seeing individuals and occasionally couples – $150 for 55 minute Individual Counseling and $225 for 90 minute Couples Intake*
• Rachael Keyser, PsyD. – seeing couples and individuals – $200 for 55 minute sessions and $300 for 90 minute Couple Counseling Intake * Psychological Testing Rates – $2,500 for ASD or ADHD and $2750 for ASD and ADHD combined
• Greg McFarland, LPC – seeing couples and individuals – $200 for 55 minute sessions and $300 for 90 minute Couple Counseling Intake *

Insurance for Counseling Services

Main Line Counseling Specialists does not accept insurance. With that being said, please be aware of your health insurance deductibles for mental health. For example, your provider may have you meet a large deductible before they will cover mental health benefits. Your sessions could be applied to that deductible. You could also choose to use insurance for counseling reimbursement. As an out of network provider we would provide you with a bill or “Superbill” to submit to your insurance to use towards your deductible, your HSA, or for possible reimbursement. Also keep in mind couple/marriage counseling is not covered under any insurance plan. One of you would have to be labeled the “identified patient” which also comes with a diagnosis. When inquiring about out of network benefits for marital counseling, be sure to ask your provider what is covered under family counseling, which is how we bill for couples.

Payment for Counseling & Therapy Services

We accept PayPal, Zelle, cash, check and all major credit cards (including HSA) as forms of payment through IvyPay.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a counseling session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session as you have reserved that therapist’s time.

Phone Sessions

We offer each client a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if our counselor or therapist is the right fit!

Phone sessions are offered for existing clients. Rates are determined by the therapist. Emails and texts are for appointments only.

Rachael Keyser, PsyD. offers Autism Spectrum Disorder and Add/ADHD testing. Raes are listed above.

*Intake 

We pride ourselves on listening to our clients and tailoring our services to fit their needs. With at being said, after years of working with couples we have determined that 55-minutes is an inadequate amount of time for the intake process that is required for Marriage/Couples Counseling. Therefore, we make it a requirement that the initial session is 90-minutes and we encourage all potential clients to carve out this time for their marriage. We try our best to accommodate clients who wish to continue with the 90-minute sessions until they are comfortable moving down to 55-minutes.
