Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania & New Jersey | Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor in NJ | Approved Clinical Supervisor
About Me
Hi, I’m Ashley Regina, a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience helping individuals, couples, and teens navigate life’s most challenging transitions. I provide both inperson therapy on the Main Line (Philadelphia area) and virtual counseling for clients across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling in your relationships, or facing a major life transition, I’m here to help you find clarity, confidence, and direction. Many of my clients appear “high-functioning” on the outside—balancing careers, families, and responsibilities—but inside they often feel anxious, disconnected, or emotionally drained. If that sounds familiar, you don’t have to face it alone.
My Approach to Therapy
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe that therapy should feel like a meaningful conversation—not a clinical interrogation. Clients often describe me as direct, compassionate, and easy to talk to.
I integrate person-centered therapy with evidence-based approaches such as:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns
- Mindfulness-based strategies to reduce anxiety and build emotional awareness
- The Gottman Method for couples therapy to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen connection
Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, while also developing practical tools to help you manage stress, regulate emotions, and improve relationships.
Specialties
I provide individual, couples, and adolescent therapy for clients seeking support in areas such as:
- Major life transitions (college, career changes, parenthood, divorce, loss, or relocation)

- Adolescent and teen therapy (identity development, self-esteem, school stress)
- Anxiety and emotional regulation
- Substance use and co-occurring disorders

What to Expect in Therapy
Therapy with me is not about quick fixes or toxic positivity—it’s about building selfawareness, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful change. I show up as a person first, therapist second—authentic, curious, and human. You can expect empathy, humor when appropriate, and a genuine commitment to your growth and wellbeing.
